Here’s how it works:

  • Initial 60-Minute Session: We take the time to understand your goals, assess your current fitness, and create a plan that’s right for you.
  • 6 x 1:1 Training Sessions: Tailored to your needs, these sessions can be delivered weekly or at a frequency that works best for you.

Session Options:

  • 30-Minute Sessions: Quick, high-energy workouts for those short on time but big on results. These are perfect for a focused, “just tell me what to do” approach.
  • 60-Minute Sessions: A comprehensive training experience designed to restore joint function, improve cardiovascular health, and build strength with detailed guidance and feedback.

  • Goal Setting: Together, we define what you want to achieve and why it matters to you.
  • Fitness Testing: Understand what your body can do and identify areas that need attention.

Pricing

Pricing for both packages includes initial appointment, 6 x weekly sessions, weekly check in, weekly info/quiz and a welcome pack.

60-minute package: $650 (Save $117.50!)

30-minute package: $550 (Save $115.50!)
