Here’s how it works:
- Initial 60-Minute Session: We take the time to understand your goals, assess your current fitness, and create a plan that’s right for you.
- 6 x 1:1 Training Sessions: Tailored to your needs, these sessions can be delivered weekly or at a frequency that works best for you.
Session Options:
- 30-Minute Sessions: Quick, high-energy workouts for those short on time but big on results. These are perfect for a focused, “just tell me what to do” approach.
- 60-Minute Sessions: A comprehensive training experience designed to restore joint function, improve cardiovascular health, and build strength with detailed guidance and feedback.
