New Graduate Physiotherapist 2027

Full-time | Hamilton, VIC | Starting February 2027

Kickstart your Physiotherapy career in a supportive, collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment at Gen Health Hamilton.

Our 12-month New Graduate Program is designed to help you transition confidently from university into private practice, with:

  • Supportive 12 month New Graduate Program
  • Competitive Remuneration Package
  • Gen Health Clinical Pilates Training
  • Matwork Training with APPI
  • Structured onboarding and weekly PD & mentoring
  • Generous Admin breaks each day
  • Dedicated new grad peer support
  • Collaborative Multidisciplinary team
  • Exposure to a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions & Physiotherapy services
  • $1000 PD allowance, 5 days PD leave per annum & access to RWAV funding for extra PD.

Selection Criteria:

  • Holds AHPRA registration (or is in the final stages of registration and ready to commence in early 2027)
  • Brings a positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering evidence-based, person-centred care
  • Communicates effectively and builds positive relationships with patients, colleagues and the wider community
  • Values working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary allied health team to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients
  • Is eager to learn, seeks feedback and embraces opportunities for professional growth
  • Shares Gen Health’s values and mission, with a proactive, community-minded approach to healthcare
  • Is keen to develop their clinical skills across a broad private practice caseload, as outlined in our Position Description
  • Brings a growth mindset and is excited to contribute to our supportive team culture, mentoring program and ongoing learning environment
