Our team of professional, experienced and caring Podiatrists are here to help you with all of your foot, ankle and lower limb related problems.

Our podiatry service is currently at capacity, and we’re unable to accept new patients at this time.

If you’re an existing podiatry patient and need to book an appointment, please call us on 5571 9923, and our friendly admin team will be happy to assist.

For those who aren’t current podiatry patients but would like to join our waitlist to be notified when bookings reopen, please don’t hesitate to call us or email your details to admin@genhealthhamilton.com.au.

Podiatry management can also be beneficial as part of the overall management of other lower limb concerns. Often that means working alongside your other health practitioners, in particular the physiotherapists here at Gen Health.

Our podiatry team utilise a number of treatment options including education, shockwave therapy, prolotherapy, orthotic prescription and exercise rehabilitation just to name a few.

We are also very lucky to have endorsed Podiatrist Stephanie Lamont who can prescribe some scheduled medications and complete ultrasound guided corticosteroid injections.

Our Podiatry services can treat​

  • Heel pain, shin splints, arch or achilles problems
  • Bunion management, forefoot or arthritic pain
  • Footwear management, extra depth shoes, running shoes recommendations
  • Stress fractures, post-surgery care,
  • Surgical removal of in-growing toenails
  • Children’s foot assessment and posture analysis
  • Running technique & efficiency
  • Diabetes foot care and education including neuropathy management
  • Skin and nail conditions including painful or fungal toenail management
  • Plantar warts, cracked heels, corns & callus.

The team work closely with our Retail Shoe Shop, Profeet Footwear Hamilton, (formerly Active Feet Hamilton), who can help you find your next pair of shoes!
