At Gen Health, we are a collaborative allied health clinic offering a wide range of services under one roof. Our team works together to provide care that is tailored to your needs and goals. Our services include:

  • Podiatry
  • Clinical Reformer Therapy classes
  • Accredited Exercise Physiology 
  • Occupational Therapy
Practitioner Levels Explained
All practitioners at Gen Health are fully qualified and committed to providing safe, effective, and evidence-based care. We offer a tiered structure to reflect different levels of experience, specialised training, and clinical focus:
  • Associate Practitioners deliver excellent care and work closely within our collaborative team to continue building their clinical expertise.
  • General Practitioners have broad experience and provide care across a wide range of conditions and presentations.
  • Senior Practitioners have developed specific areas of clinical interest and completed additional training to support more complex needs.
  • Endorsed Practitioners (in Podiatry) have undertaken further study to deliver extended services such as prescribing medications and performing ultrasound-guided procedures.
Because of these levels, appointment fees vary depending on the level of practitioner you see. You’ll be able to select your preferred practitioner level when booking.
 
Location and Access
Our clinic is located on Thompson Street with plenty of metered on-street parking nearby. Additional off-street parking is available within 300 metres of our front entrance.
 
Disabled parking is available right out the front and is clearly signed. If you need assistance accessing your appointment, please call us on (03) 5571 9923 so we can support you.

  • View and reschedule standard private appointments (up to 24 hours in advance)
  • Book into CRT Pilates or exercise classes (for approved patients)
  • Manage appointments for your family all in one place.

Please note:

  • Third-party appointments (e.g. NDIS, Home care packages, TAC, WorkCover) cannot be booked or managed online and must be done directly with our admin team
  • Once your account is created, ask our admin team to link your family members so you can manage their appointments from your account too!
