What inspired you to pursue a career in allied health?

I was initially preparing to become a doctor, but I developed health issues related to stress and a sedentary lifestyle. This made me rethink my path. I wanted a career in the health sector while maintaining a balanced lifestyle. My own journey into fitness led me to discover Physiotherapy. I didn’t fully understand the profession until my second year, when I truly fell in love with it, especially the concepts, biomechanics, and the fascinating ability to treat people with minimal reliance on medications, helping them live healthier and happier lives.

What do you love most about working at Gen Health?

The warm, healthy work environment and a genuinely supportive, positive team culture.

Hobbies & Interests outside of work

I love hitting the gym, writing abstract pieces, and creating personalised, creative gifts for people. I also enjoy drawing and painting! Art therapy, but make it fun.

Next time you see me, ask me about…

My progress with increasing my running kilometres… I really need the accountability

A food I will never get sick of is…

Mumbai street food—vada pav!

Everyone should try it at least once in their life (non-negotiable 😄).

If I could have dinner with anyone dead or alive, it would be…

Brett Lee – the legend. Honestly, even catching a glimpse of him would make my day (and probably my year).
