There’s a moment that still sticks with me. Not because it was flashy or formal, but because it made me pause and think: This is different. We’ve built something really special here.
It was a regular Tuesday morning. One of our team members had come in a little flat – nothing major, just the weight of life showing up as it does. Without skipping a beat, another team member made them a coffee, someone else offered to pick up a patient from the waiting room, and someone else cracked a joke that made the whole kitchen laugh.
In that five-minute window, I saw empathy, teamwork, flexibility, care, and joy – all unspoken, all genuine. And I remember thinking: this is the kind of place I always hoped we’d create.
